gal: tot 2 mm grote, ronde, licht gezwollen bladvlekjes, van wit naar lichtbruin verkleurend. Sporen ingebed in het bladweefsel, solitair of in kleine groepjes, glad, doorschijnend lichtgeel, 7-15 µm.
gall: up to 2 mm wide, round, lightly swollen leaf spots, changing from white to light brown. Spores embeded in the host tissue, solitary or in small groups, smooth, translucent light yellow, 7-15 µm.
