waardplanten Volgens Hering (1957a, 1961a) en Steinhausen (1994a) leeft deze soort op Clematis recta en C. flammula, en niet op onze enige wilde clematis, C. vitalba. Dat zou erop kunnen duiden dat de soort in ons land alleen in tuinen zou optreden. Böhme (2001a) vermeldt echter C. vitalba (en 'Clematis spp.') als waardplant.
hostplants According to Hering (1957a, 1961a) and Steinhausen (1994a) the species exclusively feeds on Clematis recta en C. flammula, not on the common western European clematis, C. vitalba. This would mean that in our regions the species is onyl to be expected in gardens. However, Böhme (2001a) mentions C. vitalba (and 'Clematis spp.') as hostplant.
