De larve is nogal vormeloos, met een duidelijke kop, maar geen poten. Het lichaam is wittig; kop grijsbruin met Y-vormige lichte tekening; pronotum met een paar bruinige plaatjes. De mandibel is tweetandig.
The larva is rather shapeless, with a well-sclerotised head and no feet. The body is whitish; head greyish brown with Y-shaped lighter marking. Pronotum with a pair of brownish shields. The mandibles have two teeth.
