De larve wordt beschreven door de Meijere (1925a, als heringi); de beschrijving, die overigens erg beknopt is, geeft geen punten van verschil met mijn materiaal. Zie ook Starys's (1930a) afbeelding van het kopskelet en die van Beiger (1960a) van de larve van haar A. oycoviensis.
