Vaak worden de puparia in de mijn gevormd, zo ook deze. De horizontale lijntjes zijn afdrukken van nerven in de frass waarmee het puparium in de mijn was vastgeplakt.
Often in this species the puaria are formed inside the mine, like in this case. The horizontal lines are impressions of the leaf veins into the frass that glued the puparium inside the mine.
