opmerkingen C. suberinella wordt beschouwd als een dubbelsoort van Caloptilia populetorum; daarom wordt vermoed dat mijnen, larven en poppen van beide soorten weinig of niet van elkaar zullen verschillen.
notes C. suberinella is considered a sibbling species of Caloptilia populetorum; therefore it is expected that the mines, larvae and pupae of both species will differ little or nothing at all.
