zak Buisvormige zijden zak van ca 1.5 cm lengte, met veel zandkorrels bedekt, achtereind sterk uitgetrokken, mondhoek 45-55°. De larve overwintert in de grond. Tijdens de overwintering wordt het versmalde achterste deel van de zak afgestoten, zodat de zak er in het voorjaar geheel anders uitziet. Zakken aan de onderzijde van de bladeren (I & A Šulcs, 1989a).

case Tubular silken case of c. 1.5 cm length, abundantly covered with sand grains, rear end strongly drawn out, mouth angle 45-55°. The larva hibernates in the soil. During hibernation the narrowed rear end of the case is shed, resulting in an totally different spring case. Cases at the underside of the leaves (I & A Šulcs, 1989a).
