Phytomyza permutata leeft misschien op C. turbinata; de biologie is niet bekend. Phytomyza scotica is op de Canarische Eilanden waargenomen op Cotula australis; de mijn is niet beschreven.

Phytomyza permutata perhaps lives on C. turbinata; its biology is unknown. Phytomyza scotica has been observed on the Canary Islands on Cotula australis; the mine was not described.
